Abstract: A series of monodispersed hexagonal tabular AgBrI microcrystals with the same content and the different distribution of iodide ions were prepared by double-jet technique. The microcomponent analysis in the individual single crystal was conducted with the STEM-EDS method. The relationship between structures and properties of the microcrystals were studied by dielectric loss measurement and microwave photoconductivity method. The result were observed the number of hexagonal tabular grains was 92% of the number of the whole silver halide grains, and the coefficient of size variation was 12%, It was also found that the distribution of iodide ions in microcrystal affects apperently the electric properties and photographic properties.
