Abstract: Photosensitive resin containing special probe reagent was UV cured in water, and surface energy of the cured film was measured. It was found that the surface energy of the film cured in water is higher than that of cured in air.The results of XPS revealed that the movement of probe reagent is different when cured in different mediums, and the difference of surface properties is resulted from the molecular migration and conformational change of the component.

Key words: curing medium, surface energy, component migration, conformational change, XPS analysis
