受阻胺光稳定剂GW-540作用机理的研究

摘要: 本文用抗张强度、ESR、IR、氧吸收测定方法,以及亚甲基蓝敏化光氧化方法研究了新型受阻胺光稳定剂——三(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶)亚磷酸酯(GW-540)的作用机理。实验结果表明,GW-540具有较好的光稳定效能,它能在光稳定作用过程中产生稳定的氮氧自由基(>NO·),也能分解大分子氢过氧化物及猝灭单线态氧。它的光稳定作用可能与其同时具有分解氢过氧化物,清除游离基,猝灭单线态氧等多功能的自协同作用有关。

Abstract: The photostabilization mechanism of Tri-(-1, 2, 2, 6, 6-penta-methyl piperidinyl) phosphite (GW-540) for polymer was studied by means of determination of mechanical properties, ESR, IR, oxygen up-take as well as experiment of sensitized photo-oxidation using methylene blue. The experimental results show that the GW-540 possesses a good photostabilizing effectiveness, it can produce stable nitroxy free radical (>NO·) during the photostabilization process, decompose macro-hydroperoxide and quench singlet oxygen. The protostabilizing action of GW-540 may be due to the auto-synergistic action of polyfuction including hydroperoxide decomposition, free radical seaverging and singlet oxygen quenching.
