叶绿体光电效应研究

STUDY ON PHOTOVOLTAIC EFFECT OF CHLOROPLAST

摘要: 从新鲜菠菜叶中制备叶绿体(chlp)不同介质的溶液,以SnO2光透导电玻璃作工作电极,用碳电极或铂电极或饱和甘汞电极作辅助电极,测量了chlp在SnO2半导体表面上的光电效应,得到了chlp光电池的电压和电流的输出特性曲线、工作曲线和特性参数,其光能转化率达到10-4%以上。本文分析了chlp溶液的吸收光谱和物质组成,提出了发生光电效应的机制。

Abstract: Chloroplast (chlp)solutions were prepared from fresh sphach leaves in the media: dis-tilled water(Ⅰ),0.1mol/l KCl(Ⅱ),0.35mol/l NaCl+0.01mol/l Tris (Ⅲ),0.005mol/lMgCl2+0.005mol/l EDTA(Ⅳ)and Ⅲ+Ⅳ(Ⅴ).The photovoltaic effect of chlp solutionon SnO2 optically transparent conductive glass eletrode(OTE) was measured,using Pt,C and SCE as counter electrodes,respectively. The working curves of chlp cells were drawn with an x-y recorder,and from those we got various characteristic parameters of the cells.The power conversion efficiency was above l0-4%,The absorption spectra of chlp solutions were analyzed and the possible mechanism of photovoltaic effect of chlp and charge transfer was discussed.
