摘要: Phthalocyanines have been widely used as pigments and P-type organic photoconductor for electrophotography. Now,they seem ready for exploitation in a wide range of other di-verse application concerning solar cells,electrochromic devices,molecular electronics and chemical gas sensors,A new approach has been developed recently for the formation of ph-thalocyanine thin films by use of LB technique.
