摘要: 二苯胺-4-重氮盐与甲醛的缩聚产物-重氮树脂是制备阴图PS版最重要的感光剂,用它制备阴图PS版已有很多专利[1-7],但二苯胺重氮盐(包括有类似结构的咔唑重氮盐)光、热分解,文献上还未见有报导。

Abstract: The kinetics of photo-and thermo-decomposition of various diphenylamine diazonium salts in ethanol were investigated. It was found that the diphenylamine-4-diazonium salts studied in this work possess better properties both in photosensitive behavior and in thermostabilities than that of diphenylamine-2-diazonium salt. 3-Methoxy-and 2-sulfonic-diphenylamine-4-diazonium salts exhibit excellent thermostabilities. The carbazole-3-diazonium salt has similar properties towards photo-and thermo-decomposition as compared with that of dephenylamine-2-diazonium salt.
