A STUDY ON THE PHOTOACTIVITY OF TiO2·Al2O3/beads

摘要: 研究以空心玻璃微球为载体,用溶胶 凝胶法制备附载型复合光催化剂的过程.对TiO2·Al2O3/beads光催化活性进行评价,并利用XRD、TEM、SEM对附载型复合光催化剂进行表征,同时对TiO2·Al2O3/beads的吸附性和比表面进行测试.结果表明,附载型复合光催化剂TiO2·Al2O3/beads光活性显著提高且组分摩尔比存在最佳值.当n(TiO2)/m (Al2O3) =97/3时,其最高光解率为同样降解条件下,同样含量Degussa P-25TiO2 光解率的 15倍左右.探讨了TiO2·Al2O3/beads光活性提高的主要因素,认为纳米尺寸TiO2 和TiO2·Al2O3/beads吸附性是光活性提高的最主要因素,另外,活化条件和比表面也是影响光活性的主要因素.

Abstract: The composite photocatalysts of TiO2·Al2O3 attached to the hollow glass microbeads were prepared by a Sol gel technique. The photocatalyst was characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM and nitrogen adsorption, and the catalyst’s photoactivity was evaluated by the photodegradation of a organophosphorous pesticide DDW. The results show that the photocatalytic activity is affected by the mole ratio of the composite photocatalysts. The best photocatalyst among those studied 13 the one which has a mole ratio of 97/3(TiO2:Al2O3), and its photoactivity is 1.5 times as that of Degussa P25 TiO2. The results suggest that the nano particles TiO2 and the adsorption of TiO2·Al2O3/beads are the primary factors that improve photoactivity, while the calcination conditions and surface area are the second factors.
