摘要: 本文设计合成了金刚烷修饰的竹红菌乙素衍生物,利用环糊精聚合物与金刚烷基团间的包结作用制备了基于竹红菌乙素的水溶性光敏体系,并通过顺磁共振技术研究了该光敏体系的活性氧产生能力.

Abstract: An adamantane-modified hypocrellin B was designed and synthesized, and was dissolved in aqueous solutions by way of the supramolecular inclusion interaction between the adamantane group and β-cyclodextrin polymer. ESR technique was applied to study the photodynamic activities of the aqueous solution of the adamantane-modified hypocrellin B and β-cyclodextrin polymer.
