摘要: 用微波光导法研究了分级的多分散溴碘化银乳剂的光电导。测定了乳剂微晶体中的光电子寿命。揭示出多分散乳剂中的各级份之间的电子电导性质有着很大的差异。这是导致多分散乳剂中的各级份之间的感光性能差异悬殊的又一重要因素。

Abstract: In the present paper,the microwave photoconductivity signal intensity and the photoele-ctron lifetime of the fractionated polydispersed emulsion microcrystals were studied. It was found that with the decrease of grain size and iodide content,the photoconductivity,consequently the concentration of photoelectrons in emulsion microcrystals decreases,indicated the huge difference of different bunches of polydispersed emulsion in electronic conduction properties. The difference in the chemical ripening kinetics and the photographic characteristics of various bunches can be fairly well explained with the data of grain size,iodide content istribution,ionic conductivity,and the electronic properties reported here.
