不同超声技术及TI-RADS在甲状腺癌淋巴结转移中的应用效果

Application Effects of Different Ultrasound Techniques and TI-RADS in Lymph Node Metastasis of Thyroid Cancer

摘要: 本研究探讨了高频彩色多普勒超声、超声弹性成像技术及甲状腺结节分级系统(TI-RADS)在甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移中的应用效果。回顾性分析经手术或穿刺活检证实为甲状腺癌86例患者资料,以手术病理结果为标准,对彩色多普勒超声、超声弹性成像技术及TI-RADS诊断效果进行评估。结果显示高频彩色多普勒超声、超声弹性成像技术及TI-RADS诊断淋巴结转移敏感性分别为75.93%、74.07%、70.37%,明显低于三者联合诊断敏感性(90.74%)。应用高频彩色多普勒超声、超声弹性成像技术联合TI-RADS对甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移诊断价值较高,能为临床诊断、治疗和预后提供有价值的信息。

Abstract: This study investigated the application effects of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound, ultrasound elastography and the thyroid imaging reporting and data system (TI-RADS) in cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer. Eighty-six patients with thyroid cancer confirmed by surgery or biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. The pathological results were taking as the standard to evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound, ultrasound elastography and TI-RADS using the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. It was found that the sensitivity of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound, ultrasound elastography and TI-RADS in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis was 75.93%, 74.07% and 70.37%, significantly lower than 90.74% of combined diagnosis of the three. Therefore, the combination of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound, ultrasound elastography and TI-RADS is of great value in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer, which can provide valuable information for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
