Abstract: The characteristics of bladder neck movement (BND), bladder neck position (V-BN-S), resting bladder neck position (R-BN-S), and urethral rotation angle (UR) in patients with stress urinary incontinence (SUI) after natural delivery and the changes before and after rehabilitation treatment were investigated. A total of 110 SUI patients after natural delivery were selected as the observation group and 100 cases without SUI after natural delivery were selected as the control group. The BND,V-BN-S,R-BN-S and UR were measured by transvaginal ultrasound. The BND and UR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, V-BN-S and R-BN-S were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The BND and UR of severe patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in mild and moderate patients, V-BN-S and R-BN-S were significantly lower than those in mild and moderate patients (P<0.05).The BND and UR of the observation group after rehabilitation treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, while V-BN-S and R-BN-S were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). The condition of SUI patients in the observation group was significantly improved after rehabilitation treatment.
