A partially fluorinated surfactant, CF-S, was prepared using p-trifluoromethyl aniline as the starting material. Its UV-Vis spectrum was measured. The photoisomerization of CF-S was studied. The surface tension of the CF-S solution was measured. The corresponding physicochemical parameters were calculated. The properties of CF-S were compared with those of CH-S, a surfactant without fluorine. It was found that the surface activity of CF-S was significantly stronger than that of CH-S. After UV light irradiation, CF-S showed higher cmc and γcmc, lower Гmax and greater Amin. The wettability of CF-S to quartz was measured. The fluorinated surfactant can improve the hydrophobicity of the quartz surface. The contact angle of CF-S on the quartz surface was decreased by UV light irradiation. So the wettability of CF-S was increased. The Zeta potential of the quartz particles was measured in the CF-S solution. After adding CF-S into the solution, the Zeta potential of the quartz particles was increased. After UV irradiation, the Zeta potential of quartz was decreased. Some adsorbed surfactants were desorbed from the quartz surface.

The broad spectral photodetector is designed to obtain the electromagnetic wave information of ultraviolet, visible and infrared bands, which are emitted or reflected by the target to accurately identify and analyze the target in various environments. The broad spectral photodetectors are widely used in imaging, medical diagnosis, remote sensing, night vision, environmental monitoring, and artificial intelligence fields. In this paper, a suspended MoS2-RGO-MoS2 photodetector is designed and fabricated by combining the high-efficiency and broad-spectrum optical absorption characteristics of MoS2 with the high-efficiency transport characteristics of RGO. In the unique structure of MoS2-RGO-MoS2, the MoS2 on the upper surface plays a role to absorb incident light, and the MoS2 on the lower surface is able to absorb the transmitted light. This elegant design endows the detector with high-efficiency light capture and improved responsivity. The comparative study of MoS2-RGO-MoS2 photodetector and RGO photodetector shows that the responsivity of MoS2-RGO-MoS2 photodetector is significantly higher than that of RGO photodetector in a wide spectral range from UV (375 nm) to NIR (1550 nm). The highest responsivity of MoS2-RGO-MoS2 photodetector can reach 1006 mA/W and this is of great significance to the practical application of the detector.

In the HRCT group, FEF25 and FEF75 accounted for the projected value of macrophylla consolidation shadows were significantly lower than lobular consolidation and segmental consolidation (P<0.05). The proportion of FEF75 in children with segmental consolidation shadow was lower than that of lobular consolidation shadow (P<0.05). HRCT has a good application value in the diagnosis of MPP, and the consolidation shadow of HRCT has a certain relationship with lung function.

A total of 380 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were selected as the research objects, which were 168 patients with thoracolumbar fractures and posterior ligamentous complex (PLC) injuries as the observation group, and 212 patients without PLC injuries a the control group. Through statistical comparison, it was found that the load-sharing classification system (LCS) score, thoracolumbar injury classification and severity (TLICS) score, Cobb angle, SIEA, LK, and IISD were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05). The sensitivity of the diagnosis of PLC injury in thoracolumbar fractures through the combination of CT bone imaging parameters was 72.41% and the specificity was 87.33%. The SIEA, LK and IISD of patients with poor prognosis before and 3 days after operation were higher than those with good prognosis (P<0.05). The AUC of SIEA, 589 LK, and IISD 3 days after surgery were higher than those of preoperatively, and the AUC of combined prediction of PLC injury in thoracolumbar fractures was the highest, which was 0.869. The best sensitivity and specificity were 72.62% and 87.26%, respectively. Therefore, it can be considered that SIEA, LK, and IISD are the risk factors for PLC injury of thoracolumbar fractures, and the combination of the three can provide references for clinical diagnosis of PLC injury of thoracolumbar fractures and prediction of prognosis.

The purpose of this research was to investigate whether the technology has clinical significance in critically ill patients. A total of 60 critically ill patients were randomly divided into the control group (based on the experience assessment of anesthesiologists) and the observation group (based on the assessment of ultrasound and transesophageal echocardiography monitoring). The outcomes were fluid volume, type and dosage of vasoactive drugs intraoperative, and the time of extubation after operative. The results showed that the types of vasoactive drugs in the observation group were significantly more than those in the control group (P<0.05). The reduction of vasoactive drugs patients in the observation group was significantly more than those in the control group (P<0.05).In terms of blood pressure, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group when leaving the operation room (P<0.05).For the urine volume, observation group was significantly higher than that of control group during the operation (P<0.05). The extubation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in 595the control group (P<0.05). Therefore, the preoperative rapid ultrasound evaluation and intraoperative transesophageal echocardiographic monitoring had clinical significance for the clinical guidance of anesthesia in critically ill patients.

This paper aims to analyze the value of transperineal ultrasound (TPUs) in the assessment of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) after hysterectomy. One hundred and fifty-seven patients who underwent total hysterectomy were selected. According to whether PFD occurred after operation, they were divided into two groups: 103 patients without PFD and 54 patients with PFD. All patients underwent TPUs examination. The results showed that compared with the non PFD group, the bladder downward distance, rectum downward distance, vaginal fornix downward distance, posterior angle of urethra, left and right diameter, anteroposterior diameter, area and perimeter of levator ani hiatus in PFD group increased, and the urethral inclination angle decreased (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in levator ani thickness between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared with transperineal two-dimensional, three-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasound examination alone, the diagnostic value of three combined examinations was higher (P<0.05). In conclusion, it is found that patients with PFD after hysterectomy, TPUs examination has ideal diagnostic value for PFD, which can be used for clinical diagnosis and evaluation of PFD after hysterectomy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application value of enhanced CT in the stage and prognosis evaluation of esophageal cancer. A total of 252 cases of esophageal cancer patients were selected for enhanced CT scan with 16-slice CT scanner. The diagnostic accuracy of enhanced CT in the T3 and T4 stages of esophageal cancer was higher than that in the T1 and T2 stages (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of N0 and N1 stage by enhanced CT in patients with esophageal cancer (P>0.05). During the follow-up to October 2017, the short-term efficacy and 2-year local control rate of patients with homogeneous lymph node density were higher than those of patients with low-density and marginal enhanced internal necrosis; the short-term efficacy and 2-year local control rate of patients with low-density were higher than those of patients with marginal enhanced internal necrosis (P<0.05). The short-term efficacy and 2-year local control rate of patients with regular lymph node margin were higher than those with irregular lymph node margin and obvious invasion (P<0.05). It is suggested that enhanced CT plays an important role in the evaluation of preoperative clinical staging of esophageal cancer patients and prognosis of chemotherapy patients, and has guiding significance for the follow-up treatment of patients.

This article explores the value of magnetic resonance (MRI) angiography in judging the degree of carotid artery stenosis and analyzing the composition of plaque in patients with carotid atherosclerosis. A total of 149 patients with carotid atherosclerosis diagnosed in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients received MRI angiography, three-dimensional ultrasound (3D-US), and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) within one week. The results showed that the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis by MRI angiography was highly consistent with DSA.The plaque load parameters of 219 blood vessels were compared. There was no significant difference between the MRI detection of blood vessel wall area, maximum wall thickness, standardized wall index and 3D-US diagnosis results (P>0.05). Only the vascular cavity area was statistically different from the 3D-US results (P<0.05); MRI angiography diagnoses plaque fibrous cap, lipid nucleus, hemorrhage in the plaque, and calcification in the plaque, the coincidence rate with the pathological results is 98.08%, 96.43%, 94.74%, 97.10%, both no 615 statistical difference (P>0.05). There was no statistical difference between the results of MRI angiography in the diagnosis of plaque hardness and pathology (P>0.05). Therefore, MRI angiography has high accuracy in judging the degree of carotid artery stenosis and analyzing the composition of plaque in patients with carotid atherosclerosis, and its results have high consistency with the results of pathology, DSA and 3D-US.
