Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with BI-RADS grading in breast cancer. 130 cases of suspected breast cancer patients were selected, the routine ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were given to analyze the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with conventional BI-RADS grading in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Among 130 suspected patients, 47 cases were benign, 83 cases of malignant patients; the experimental results showed that: In the ultrasonic imaging features of malignant lesions, the proportion of centripetal enhancement and enhanced lesions enlargement were significantly higher than those of benign lesions (P<0.05). The enhancement start time, time to peak and peak intensity of malignant lesions were significantly lower than those of benign lesions (P<0.05). Compared contrast-enhanced ultrasound and BI-RADS, the sensitivity and negative predictive value and accuracy of combined examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher (P<0.05). This study confirmed that: Contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with BI-RADS has good clinical value in diagnosing breast cancer, which is worthy of clinical use.
