Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions of non-mass-like enhancement (NMLE). There were 120 patients with NMLE lesions who were selected and be examined by CEUS and DCE-MRI respectively. The experimental results showed that 92 cases of malignant lesions and 28 cases of benign lesions were confirmed by pathology. In CEUS, the proportion of high enhancement, fast-forward enhancement and fast-out regression in malignant lesions were significantly higher than that in benign lesions (P<0.05). In DCE-MRI, the proportion of malignant lesions with segmental distribution and internal enhancement in clusters were significantly higher than that of benign lesions (P<0.05), while the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) was significantly lower than that of benign lesions (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between these two methods in the diagnostic efficacy for breast NMLE lesion. This study confirmed that CEUS and DCE-MRI have good application value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of NMLE.
