Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. A total of 130 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy were selected as the research subjects, the transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound were performed. Among the 130 suspected ectopic pregnancy patients, 103 cases were diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy, 27 cases were non ectopic pregnancy. The detection rates of pelvic effusion, cardiovascular pulsation and adnexal mass in transvaginal ultrasound were higher than those of transabdominal ultrasound (P<0.05).The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy were all higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound (P<0.05).Therefore, transvaginal ultrasound combined with transabdominal ultrasound has good diagnostic value.
