Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the diagnostic value of sound velocity matching technology in thyroid cancer. In this research, 159 cases of thyroid lesions were selected as thyroid disease group, and 40 cases of healthy volunteers were selected as normal thyroid group. The characteristics of sound velocity matching technology in thyroid cancer were analyzed and the ZSI value was compared. The results showed that the ZSI value of thyroid cancer group was higher (P<0.05). The area (AUC) under the ROC curve of thyroid carcinoma was 0.867 (0.729~1.004). The sensitivity was 86.67%, the specificity was 60.00%, the likelihood ratio was 2.167, and the critical value of ZSI was 50.42 m/s. The ZSI value in poor prognosis group was higher than that in good prognosis group (P<0.05). In conclusion, it is found that the sound velocity matching technology has high accuracy in the diagnosis of different types of thyroid cancer, and can accurately measure the sound velocity value of patients with good stability, which can be used for clinical diagnosis and prognosis prediction of thyroid cancer.
