Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the value of transvaginal ultrasonography (TVS) and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in the differential diagnosis of endometrial benign and malignant lesions. One-hundred and eight patients with endometriosis were selected, and they were given TVS and CEUS inspection. According to pathological examination, 60 cases were malignant and 48 cases were benign. The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of CEUS diagnosis of endometrial benign and malignant lesions were significantly higher than those of TVS (P<0.05). The resistance index (RI), time to peak (TTP) and peak intensity (Peak) of malignant lesions and benign lesions were significantly different (P<0.05). The RI, TTP and peak of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ and Ⅰ-Ⅱ were significantly different (P<0.05). The area under ROC curve of RI, peak and TTP in the diagnosis of endometrial malignant lesions were 0.740, 0.789 and 0.856, P<0.05. Compare with TVS, CEUS has a better value in differential diagnosis of endometrial benign and malignant diseases, which is worth clinical application.
