Abstract: The value of contrast-enhanced ultrasoun (CEUS) combined with conventional ultrasound in the differentiation of benign and malignant non-mass breast diseases was discussed. The imaging data of 68 patients with breast non mass lesions were analyzed retrospectively. The pathological results were the gold standard. The diagnostic value of conventional ultrasound, CEUS and their combination were compared and analyzed. Among 68 cases of breast non mass lesions, 28 cases were benign and 40 cases were malignant. There were significant differences in microcalcification and blood flow distribution between benign and malignant lesions (P<0.05). There were significant differences in enhancement intensity, uniformity, development time and perforating vessels between benign and malignant lesions in CEUS (P<0.05). In the quantitative parameters of TIC, there were significant differences in TTP, PI and AUC between benign and malignant lesions. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of conventional ultrasound combined with CEUS in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast non mass diseases were 90.00%, 96.43%, 92.65%, 97.30%, 87.10%, was higher than that of conventional ultrasound or CEUS alone (P<0.05). CEUS combined with conventional ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency of benign and malignant non-mass breast diseases, and has good clinical value.
