The paper explored the value of DCE-MRI parameters and IFIT1 gene in evaluating the degree of intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD) in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (LDH). 66 patients with LDH diagnosed were randomly selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into 2 groups according to the modified Pfirrmann classification method:mild to moderate IDD (grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ) group (46 cases) and severe IDD (grade Ⅳ-Ⅴ) group (20 cases). The K-trans value of the patient was examined by DCE-MRI, the Japanese Orthopedic Association Score (JOA) was used to assess lumbar function, the visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess waist pain, and RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of IFIT1 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). The K-trans value of the mild to moderate IDD group was significantly lower than that of the severe IDD group. The relative expression of IFIT1 mRNA in PBMC of patients with mild to moderate IDD group was significantly lower than that of severe IDD group. K-trans value was positively correlated with IFIT1 mRNA level in PBMC and VAS score, and negatively correlated with JOA score (P<0.05). The IFIT1 mRNA level in PBMC was positively correlated with the VAS score, and negatively correlated with the JOA score (P<0.05). The AUC value, sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis of severe IDD with K-trans value and IFIT1 mRNA level in PBMC were 0.991, 91.3% and 100.0%, respectively, and the AUC value and specificity were higher than those of single diagnosis. The K-trans value in DCE-MRI combined with the IFIT1 mRNA level in PBMC can be used to diagnose the degree of IDD in LDH patients.

This study explored the clinical value of CT morphological features combined with gemstone spectrum imaging (GSI) in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules. A total of 110 patients (110 lung nodules) with solitary pulmonary nodules confirmed by lung biopsy or surgical pathology were selected for research. The CT plain scan and GSI plain scan data of patients were analyzed. According to the pathological results, there were 41 cases in the benign group (inflammatory nodules, atypical adenomatous hyperplasia) and 69 cases in the malignant group (small lung cancer nodules). The differences in the comprehensive scores of the morphological characteristics of small lung nodules, the slope of the energy spectrum curve in the arteriovenous phase, the 40 keV CT value, and the NIC were compared between the two groups of patients. The total scores of burr syndrome and spinous process sign, lobular sign, vascular cluster sign, pleural depression sign, bronchial sign, intralesional calcification, lesion enhancement value, and solitary pulmonary nodule morphological characteristics of the malignant group were all higher than those of the benign group (P<0.05). The slope of the energy spectrum curve, 40 keV CT value and NIC of the arterial phase and venous phase of the malignant group were lower than those of the benign group (P<0.05). The morphological characteristics of solitary malignant pulmonary nodules are significantly different from benign pulmonary nodules. The energy spectrum curve slope, 40 keV CT value and NIC value of malignant nodules are significantly different from those of benign nodules. Comprehensive analysis of the morphological characteristics of nodules and GSI parameters are of great significance to the diagnosis of benign and malignant.

The predictive value of Micro-CT parameters for postoperative recurrence of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) were explored. A total of 127 patients with OVCF in our hospital were selected and divided into recurrence group (n=41) and non-recurrence group (n=86) according to their fracture recurrence 6 months after operation. All patients received Micro-CT examination. Micro-CT parameters[bone volume fraction (BV/TV), bone trabecular thickness (Tb.Th), bone trabecular space (Tb.Sp), structure Model index (SMI)], bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral content (BMC) were compared. The correlation of each parameter with BMD, BMC and postoperative recurrence was analyzed, and the predictive value of each parameter for postoperative recurrence was evaluated. The results showed that the bone volume fraction (BV/TV) and bone trabecular thickness (Tb.Th) of the recurrence group were lower than those of the non-recurring group, and the bone trabecular space (Tb.Sp) and structural model index (SMI) were higher than those of the non-recurring group (P<0.05); BV/TV and Tb. Th were positively correlated with bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral content (BMC), and Tb.Sp and SMI were negatively correlated with BMD and BMC (P<0.05). After BMD, BMC and other factors were controlled, BV/TV, Tb.Sp, Tb.Th, SMI were significantly related to fracture recurrence after OVCF (P<0.05); BV/TV, Tb.Sp, Tb.Th and SMI were combined, the area under the curve (AUC) for predicting postoperative fracture recurrence after OVCF was the largest, which is 0.888 (P<0.05). It is suggested that Micro-CT parameters are abnormally expressed in OVCF patients, and the use of Micro-CT examination can provide scientific guidance for clinical prediction of fracture recurrence after OVCF.

The application value and clinical significance of pure wave ultrasound measurement of fetal anterior abdominal wall fat thickness in predicting low body weight infants and macrosomia were explored in this paper. A total of 104 newborns were selected as the research object. According to the birth body mass of newborns, they were divided into normal group (n=74), low body weight infants group (n=12) and macrosomia group (n=18). The anterior abdominal wall fat thickness, birth weight, triceps brachii and subscapular skin fold thickness (SFT) of fetuses in the second and third trimester of pregnancy were compared. The relationship between the anterior abdominal wall fat thickness of fetuses and the postnatal SFT and birth weight was analyzed. The predictive value of the anterior abdominal wall fat thickness of fetuses for low body weight infants and macrosomia. The results showed that the fat thickness of anterior abdominal wall, birth body mass, SFT of triceps brachii and SFT under scapula in macrosomia group were higher than those in the normal group and low body weight infants group, and the above indexes in normal group were higher than those in low body weight infants group (P<0.05). The fat thickness of fetal anterior abdominal wall in the second and third trimester of pregnancy was positively correlated with birth weight, triceps brachii SFT and subscapular SFT (P<0.05). The predicted AUC of low body weight infants and macrosomia were 0.813 and 0.898, respectively. It can be seen that the measurement of fetal anterior abdominal wall fat thickness by pure wave ultrasound is closely related to neonatal birth weight, triceps brachii and subscapular SFT, and has certain value in predicting the occurrence of low body weight infants and macrosomia.

A total of 224 cases of oligohydramnios pregnant women were selected as the observation group, and 60 cases of normal amniotic fluid pregnant women were selected as the control group. The predictive value and clinical significance of renal artery (RA), middle cerebral artery (MCA), umbilical artery (UA) resistance index were measured by Doppler ultrasound, and serum free estriol (FE3), activin A (ACTA) in pregnant women with oligohydramnios and fetal distress were studied. The results showed that RA,UA resistance index, serum ACTA levels in observation group were higher than those in control group, while amniotic fluid volume, MCA resistance index and serum FE3 level were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). In oligohydramnios, RA, UA resistance index and serum ACTA levels were negatively correlated with amniotic fluid volume, while MCA resistance index and serum FE3 levels were positively correlated with amniotic fluid volume. The AUC of the above indicators combined to predict fetal distress was 0.918 (P<0.05).These results indicate that Doppler ultrasonography determination of RA, MCA and UA resistance index combined with serum FE3 and ACTA levels has a high predictive value for fetal distress in oligohydramnios pregnant women.

A retrospective study was conducted on 303 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy patients who underwent B-ultrasound-guided evacuation treatment. They were divided into retreatment group and no retreatment group according to whether they were re-admitted to the hospital after operation. The scar thickness, embryo size, blood β-HCG were compared between the two groups, and the logistic regression equation, receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) and area under ROC (AUC) were used to process and analyze the data. The results showed that the scar thickness of the retreatment group was lower than that of the no-retreatment group (P<0.05). The embryo size and blood β-HCG were higher than that of the no-retreatment group (P<0.05). The scar thickness, embryo size, and blood β-HCG were independently related to retreatment (P<0.05); Scar thickness, embryo size, and blood β-HCG predicted AUC values for retreatment were 0.734, 0.811, 0.819, respectively. The combined AUC value of the three was 0.902. Therefore, combined detection of scar thickness, embryo size, and blood β-HCG can predict the probability of retreatment after cesarean section scar pregnancy under the guidance of B-ultrasound.

In this study, the evaluation value of ultrasound endoscopy combined with CT portal vein imaging on gastroesophageal varices (GOV) degree and therapeutic effect of liver cirrhosis was investigated. Seventy-two patients with cirrhosis of GOV were selected as the research objects. They were divided into good group and bad group according to the treatment effect of esophageal varicose ligation (EVL). The results showed that the total cross-sectional surface area, left gastric vein, portal vein, splenic vein, superior mesenteric vein and the length of the portal vein in the bad group were larger than those in the good group, and the varicose vein wall thickness was smaller than that in the good group (P<0.05). Total cross-sectional surface area, left stomach, the diameter of vein, portal vein, splenic vein, superior mesenteric vein and portal vein length are positively correlated with Child-Pugh classification of liver function and the degree of varicose veins. Varicose vein wall thickness is negatively correlated with Child-Pugh classification of liver function and the degree of varicose veins (P<0.05). Total cross-sectional surface area, varicose vein wall thickness/left gastric vein, portal vein, splenic vein, superior mesenteric vein diameter and portal vein length are all influencing factors for the therapeutic effect of GOV patients with liver cirrhosis (P<0.05). Endoscopy, CT the combination of portal vein imaging parameters predicts the therapeutic effect of GOV patients with liver cirrhosis, and the AUC is 0.857. It can be seen that ultrasound endoscopy and CT portal vein imaging parameters are closely related to the GOV degree of liver cirrhosis, liver function classification and EVL treatment effect, which can provide a certain reference for clinical prediction of EVL treatment effect.

This study investigated the value of computed tomography angiography (CTA) in lower extremity vascular occlusion and its relationship with endovascular efficacy. A total of 93 patients with lower extremity vascular occlusion confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) were examined by computed tomography angiography (CTA). The results of CTA diagnosis, the degree of vascular stenosis and the consistency with DSA diagnosis were analyzed, and the relationship between CTA signs and endovascular curative effect was discussed. The results showed the location and degree of stenosis of lower extremity vascular occlusion diagnosed by CTA were highly consistent with those diagnosed by DSA (P<0.05). The length of diseased vessels >1.41 cm, the degree of vascular stenosis grade 4, the CT value of distal diseased vessels > 62.65 Hu and calcified plaque were the risk factors for the failure of endovascular treatment of lower extremity vascular occlusion (P<0.05). Conclusion CTA is a reliable method for the diagnosis of lower extremity vascular occlusion. By examining the length of diseased vessels, the degree of vascular stenosis, distal CT value and the nature of atherosclerotic plaque in the lumen, it can help to reduce the blindness of treatment and improve the success rate of endovascular treatment.

This study investigated the correlation between pulmonary ultrasound score (LUS) and peripheral blood nicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase (NAMPT), endothelial cell specific molecule-1 (Endocan), neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia. There were 80 cases of ventilator-associated pneumonia (observation group) and 40 cases of non-ventilator-associated pneumonia (control group), enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect NAMPT and Endocan in peripheral blood, and automatic blood cell analyzer was used to detect NLR. The results showed that the serum NAMPT, Endocan and NLR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Serum NAMPT, Endocan, NLR and LUS and changes in dead patients were significantly higher than surviving patients in the observation group (P<0.05). The area under the ROC curve of NAMPT, Endocan, NLR change combined with LUS change to predict the death of patients was significantly higher than that of each index score change alone (P<0.05). Therefore, the change of LUS of patients with severe ventilator-associated pneumonia is positively correlated with the change of NAMPT, Endocan, NLR concentration in peripheral blood, and the combined prediction of prognosis of patients has certain application value.

A retrospective selection of 95 patients with severe pneumonia (SP) admitted to our hospital was divided into ARDS group (n=38) and ARDS-free group (n=57) according to whether acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) occurred, and the treatments of the two groups were compared. Lung ultrasound score (LUS) and mechanical function (MP) before, 24 hours after treatment, and 48 hours after treatment, compare the incidence of pulmonary edema in patients with different LUS scores and MP levels, and use Spearman to analyze the relationship between LUS score, MP and the severity of ARDS. The multi-factor Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the relevant influencing factors of ARDS, and the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) and the area under the ROC (AUC) were used to analyze the predictive value of each index. The results showed that the LUS score and MP of the ARDS group were higher than those of the no ARDS group after 24 hours and 48 hours of treatment (P<0.05); the incidence of pulmonary edema in patients with high LUS score and MP was higher than that in patients with low levels (P<0.05); treatment after 24 h and 48 h, LUS score and MP were positively correlated with the incidence and severity of ARDS (P<0.05); after 24 h and 48 h of treatment, LUS score combined with MP predicted the AUC of ARDS to be 0.874 and 0.915, respectively (P<0.05). It is suggested that LUS score and MP help reflect the risk of pulmonary edema in SP patients, and the combination of the above indicators can provide references for clinical prediction of ARDS.

This study discussed high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) 3D to determine the location of carotid plaque and predict stroke. 68 patients with ischemic stroke (observation group) were selected, and 50 healthy persons were selected as the control group, the high resolution MRI 3D black blood technique was performed, the differences of technical parameters of black blood between the two groups were analyzed, and ROC curve analysis parameters were used to predict the value of stroke. A total of 82 carotid atherosclerotic plaques were detected. The carotid plaque detection rate of high-resolution MRI 3D black blood technique was 95.12%. The total area of carotid blood vessels (TVA), tube wall area (WA), and tube wall standardization index (NWI) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The ischemic side TVA was significantly higher than the non-ischemic side (P<0.05). TVA, WA and NWI predict stroke under the ROC curve areas of 0.801, 0.825, and 0.842, respectively P<0.05. High-resolution MRI 3D black blood technology has good value in determining the carotid plaque location, The carotid artery quantitative index has a certain application value in the prediction of stroke.

This research investigated the value of X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of lateral condylar fracture of humerus in children. A total of 94 children with acute elbow trauma were selected and given X-ray and MRI examination, the diagnostic value of both methods in the diagnosis of humeral lateral condyle fracture were analyzed. Among 94 children with acute elbow injury, 74 cases were diagnosed as fracture of lateral condyle of humerus. The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of MRI in the diagnosis of humeral lateral condyle fracture were 100.00%, which were significantly higher than those of X-ray examination 83.78%, 85.11% and 60.00% (P<0.05). The sensitivity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI in the diagnosis of humeral trochlear cartilage chain integrity were 93.02%, 96.81%, 100.00% and 94.44%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of X-ray 62.79%, 78.72%, 87.10% and 74.60% (P<0.05). The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of coronal 3D-FS-FSPGR/3D-FSPGR sequences were 100.00%, which were significantly higher than those of FS-PDWI and FS-T2WI sequences (P<0.05). Compared with X-ray, MRI has better diagnostic value in the diagnosis of lateral condylar fracture of humerus in children, which is worthy of clinical use.

This study explored the application of brain magnetic resonance combined with resting state fMRI in the cognitive impairment of stroke patients. In this study, 25 patients with cognitive impairment who met stroke were set as the patient group, and 25 healthy patients were set as the control group. The resting state MRI of the brain was used to scan the experimenters, and the bilateral hippocampus of the brain were used as seed points for functional connectivity analysis, and the difference between the two groups of experimenters' resting hippocampus was analyzed through the software. The results showed that compared with the control group, the connection between the right hippocampus and the left and right middle frontal gyrus and the left inferior frontal gyrus decreased in the patient group; the connection between the superior temporal gyrus of the right hippocampus and the left superior middle gyrus and bilateral thalamus increased; the connection between the left middle frontal gyrus and the left middle temporal frontal gyrus, the right superior frontal gyrus, and the right lower frontal gyrus decreased; the connection between the left hippocampus and the right parietal inferior gyrus increased. In summary, this study found that the connections between the hippocampus and the temporal cortex and frontal cortex of stroke patients are reduced, which may be caused by brain damage in stroke patients.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between digital subtraction angiography (DSA), computed tomography angiography (CTA) combined with magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in the evaluation of cerebral branch circulation and prognosis in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Sixty patients with AIS caused by acute occlusion of the M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery were selected as the research objects. The cerebral branch circulation was evaluated by DSA, CTA and MR images, the baseline data and outcome indicators of the patients were compared, and the prognosis was analyzed. The results showed that the results of the assessment of the cerebral collateral circulation of AIS patients based on DSA, CTA and MR images were in good agreement. There were significant differences in the outcome data between the good and poor cerebral collateral circulation groups under the three imaging modes (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that FVH-ASPECTS score, rLMC score, ASITN/SIR grading scale were all independent imaging factors for neurological prognosis in AIS patients. In short, DSA, CTA, and MR images are consistent in the assessment of cerebral collateral circulation in AIS patients, and FVH-ASPECTS score, rLMC score, and ASITN/SIR grading scale are all independent imaging factors for neurological prognosis in AIS patients.

This paper discusses the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSKUS) in the diagnosis of shoulder soft tissue injury after cerebral infarction and guiding clinical treatment. We selected 165 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction and soft tissue injury around the shoulder who were admitted for clinical randomized study. There were 83 cases in the ultrasound guidance group and 82 cases in the routine group. According to MSKUS analysis, 74 cases (44.85%) of biceps tendinopathy, 117 cases (70.91%) of rotator cuff disease, 48 cases (29.09%) of SA-SD disease, 28 cases (16.97%) of acromioclavicular joint disease. The VAS scores of the ultrasound guidance group at 2 weeks of rehabilitation treatment and 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment were lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05); the ultrasound guidance group's flexion motion of the shoulder joint at 2 weeks of rehabilitation treatment and 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment 1. The degree of movement of shoulder joint abduction function was greater than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). The scores of shoulder joint function in the ultrasound-guided group at 8 weeks of rehabilitation were higher than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). MSKUS has important value in diagnosing the soft tissue injury of the shoulder after cerebral infarction and guiding clinical treatment.
