Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the value of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) combined with enhanced CT in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. 100 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as observation group and 60 patients with colorectal benign tumor were selected as the control group, the serum CEA, CA19-9 and IGFBP-3 were detected and enhanced CT was performed. The serum CEA and CA19-9 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), while IGFBP-3 was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in serum CEA, CA19-9 and IGFBP-3 in TNM staging Ⅲ-Ⅳ and Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients (P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of enhanced CT combined with serum index were 89.00% and 90.00% respectively. The Kappa value of contrast-enhanced CT in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer T and N staging and pathological results was 0.696 and 0.790 (P<0.05). The combination of CEA, CA19-9 and IGFBP-3 enhanced CT has a good value in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and is worth clinical use.
