Abstract: A total of 80 patients with benign and malignant ovarian tumors in our hospital were selected as research objects. After being confirmed by pathological examination, 40 patients with ovarian cancer served as the observation group, and 40 patients with ovarian tumor during the same period served as the control group. Energy spectrum CT examination and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination were performed. The results showed that the intravenous iodine concentration, standardized iodine concentration, slope, PSV, serum CA125, CA199, and AFP levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and PI and RI were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Intravenous iodine concentration, standardized iodine concentration, slope, PSV and serum CA125, CA199, AFP levels were positively correlated, PI, RI and serum CA125, CA199, AFP levels were negatively correlated (P<0.05). The AUC value of the combined differential diagnosis of ovarian benign and malignant tumors was 0.913, which was higher than any single parameter diagnosis. It is suggested that CT and vaginal ultrasonography can provide diagnostic information from the internal components of the lesion and the blood flow morphology. The combination of the two has a high value in the differential diagnosis of ovarian benign and malignant tumors.
