Abstract: UV-curable adhesive monomer 10-methacryloyloxydecyl thiophosphoric acid dichloride was synthesized from the reaction of thiophosphoryl chloride with methylacrylic acid and 1,10-decanediol.The structure of product was characterized by 1H-NMR, 31P-NMR,and FT-IR.The effect of this product on the bond durability of composite resin joined to Ti alloy or Co-Cr alloy was evaluated. The mixed solution of 10-methacryloyloxydecyl thiophosphoric acid dichloride, triethylamine and water significantly elevated the bond strengths of the composite resin joined to Ti alloy,Co-Cr alloy and shear strengths were 17.3 MPa,18.1 MPa respectively.
