Study on Interferometric Phase Retrieval Based on Image Processing

Abstract:

With the development of computer technology and photo-electronic imaging devices, the image information processing technology has been fully developed, which widely used in such as nondestructive testing, medical testing and interferometry.This paper mainly focuses on the wavefront phase extraction method of interferometry images. The fringe carries the information of interferometry images, thus a new phase reconstruction algorithm of single closed interferometry fringe image based on imaging processing is proposed. On the basis of space carre algorithm, we use iterative correction method to search for the accurate phase of single close fringe. The result of Matlab simulation is that the phase residual after iterative correction was reduced by 25.8%, proving that the new algorithm contains all the advantages of space carre algorithm besides high demodulation precision.
