Abstract: Nanostructured SrFeO3 was prepared by citrate method under ultrasonic radiation. The photocatalytic activity was investigated with phenol as photocatalytic degradation model reactant. The catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),TEM,UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance Spec-troscopy(DRS). The results indicated that the structural and photocatalytic properties of SrFeO3 greatly improved by ultrasonic radiation. When compared to SrFeO3 prepared by ordinary route, the SrFeO3 by ultrasonic radiation exhibited smaller particle size, red-shifted band edge of UV-Vis adsorption spectra.
