Abstract: Nanosize semiconductor particles were synthesized using the solvothermal technique. The structures were characterized by means of XRD and TEM techniques.PANI and PPY films were prepared by electrochemistry method onto the indium-tin oxide glass (ITO).The nanoparticles were doped on PANI and PPY films by the dipping process, and the self-assembled nanoparticles-PANI composite film was acquired. The photoelectric properties of the self-assembled films were studied by PL method. The result concluded that the photoluminescence radiation can be unambiguously enhanced when decorated PANI film with CdS nanoparticles.
