丙酮与吡咯的光诱导缩合反应

摘要: 在研究芳香卤化物的光交联反应时,我们发现碘苯与吡咯在乙腈和丙酮混合溶剂中进行光反应时,除生成少量交联产物(1)(已知物)外,主要得到吡咯与丙酮的脱水缩合产物,5,10,15,20,22,24-六氢-5,5,10,10,15,1 5,20,20-八甲基卟啉(2)。这是一个未见报道的新的光化学反应。

Abstract: The photoinduced condensation reaction of acetone with pyrrole in the presence of iodo-aromatic compounds has been studied. The reaction is retarded by free radical trapping substance such as hydroquinone, but enhanced by inorganic salts such as sodium chloride, sodium iodide, and sodium thiosulfate etc. The crystal and molecular structure of the condensation product (2) was determined by means of X-ray analyses.
