摘要: 本文比较详细地描述了CM-52离子交换层析的实验方法。用这一离子交换层析的方法将Ⅰ型酸溶胶原中四种不同构象α1、β11、β12和α2,成功地分离为四个不同的级份,其中α1还分成为α1a和α1b。详细讨论了影响分离效果的各种因素,确定了最佳的分离条件。

Abstract: The expermental method of CM-52 ionic chromatography was described in details. Using this method, 4 different conformations contained in acid-soluble collagen have been successfully eluted into 4 separated bands. The various factors affecting the separation were discussed and the optimum separation conditions used in present study have been selected and established.
