摘要: 研究和测定胶原中不同构象的电性质很少有文献报道。本文用等电聚焦法分别测定了α1、β12和α2等不同构象的等电点及其分布的数值,这些结果对于阐明上述不同构象的SDS─PAGE行为,对于了解胶原/明胶的电学性质与物理性质之间的关系,具有一定的意义。

Abstract: Research and determination of the amphoteric( property of 4 different conformationscontained in collagen have attracted the attention of Photo-gelatin researchers and biologists.The isoelectric point and its distribution values of different conformations(α112 and α2)of collagen(type)were determined by isoelectric focusing method.The determind values are of great importance not only for elucidating the SDS-PAGE behaviour ofdifferent conformations,but also for deepening our knowledge on the relationship betweenthe amphoteric property and their physical properties.
