摘要: 合成了简称C18的十八烷基-2-氨基-2-脱氧-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙。通过π-A曲线研究了C18和GOD(葡萄糖氧化酶)的相互作用,并用光谱方法研究了转移的C18/GOD混合LB膜的光谱特性。从圆二色性(CD)光谱结果可以看出,固定在C18膜里的GOD二级结构发生了变化。低温荧光实验显示混合膜中一部分GOD仍然保持其天然结构,但另一些则发生了部分变性。

Abstract: Alkyl 2-amino-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranoside called C18 was synthesized. The interaction between C18and GOD (glucose oxidase) was studied by recording isotherms of monolayers. The transferred mixed C18/GOD LB films were investigated by means of spectroscopy methods. From the results of CD (circular dichroism) spectrum,GOD immobilized in C18films will partly change their secondary structure. According to the low temperature fluorescence experiment,part of GOD in the LB film keeps native structure,others of them become partly denatured.
