摘要: 功能分离型多层结构有机光导体的优良静电照相性能以及其在材料开发上的优点是静电照相技术飞速发展并得到巨大产业成功的一个重要因素。另一方面这种光导体需要进行多次精密涂布,制作工艺复杂、控制难度大,是有机光导体成本居高不下的一个重要原因。

Abstract: A single-layered photoreceptor was made by incorporating charge generation material(CGM),electron transport material (ETM) and hole transport material (HTM) into polymer matrix .At the present stage ,several kinds of phthalocyanine were used in CGM,TNF in ETM and three kinds of donor type molecules(DEH,ECH and TNF)were used in HTM. Photoreceptor containing Y-TiOPc as its CGM was found to show excellent bipolar xerographic performances and extremely high sensitivities in wavelength range of 750~850 nm. The half decay exposure at 820 nm was 0.28 μJ/cm2 for positive charging and 0.22 μJ/cm2 for negative charging respectively.
