电照相用近红外敏感有机光导材料

摘要: 非银照相技术及其材料的发展极为迅速,日益得到广泛的应用.在电照相领域,近年发展起来的新一代带有计算机控制、数字扫描、激光成像的激光打印系统,具有分辨率高,印刷质量好,印刷速度快等特点,这种半导体激光打印系统的关键部件,是有机光导(OPC)鼓.

Abstract: In recent years the Organic Photoconductors (OPC) in the Near-Infrared (NIR) regionare increasingly used for the laser beam printers and digital copiers.A series of experi-mental investigations related to the composition and characterization of the materials,the preparations and measurements of photoelectric characteristics of the photoreceptorshave been conducted.Some samples of photoreceptors with high performance have beenobtained.The sensitivity of about E1/2=1.00 lx·s dark decay of -10V/s and residue po-tential of -4 V for exposure at 780 nm are reached.
