在低密度聚乙烯非晶微区中利用双发色团化合物分子内光加成合成大环化合物

摘要: 本实验中合成了两个末端以萘标记的聚醚化合物。利用低密度聚乙烯的非晶微区作为微反应器,将这些化合物置于微反应器中,所用的浓度为每一个微反应器中最多放置一个底物分子,从而阻止了分子间的反应,促进分子内的反应。光照这种聚乙烯薄膜,高产率地合成了大环化合物。将这种薄膜单向拉伸5倍,反应速度增加了1.4倍。

Abstract: The construction of macrocyclic compounds continues to be an important topic in synthetic organic chemistry[1]. A molecule with two reactive groups separated by a flexible link may undergo either intramolecular or intermolecular reactions. Intramolecular reaction gives macrocyclic ring-closure products, while intermolecular reaction results in dimers, oligomers and polymers. Thus, cyclization suffers from the competition from intermolecular reactions and occurs in good chemical yields only at very low concentrations.
