TiO2光催化消除H2S的研究

摘要: 在TiO2上进行了气相H2S光催化氧化消除的研究.氧对H2S的光催化氧化消除过程是不可缺少的,对含量为560mg/m3的H2S,当加入的氧气与原料气中H2S的分子比为42:1,空速为28000h-1时,去除率达到97%.在H2S光催化氧化消除过程中,单质硫的产生可使TiO2失活,经光照再生单质硫转化为SO42-后,TiO2活性恢复,而且SO42-的生成对催化剂的中毒有抑制作用.

Abstract: The photocatalytic-oxidation of H2S on TiO2 was investigated.Oxygen is indispensable for the photodestruction of H2S.When the mol ratio of oxygen to H2S was 42:1 in the raw gas,the degradation of H2S reached 97% with 28000 h-1 volume space velocity.TiO2 catalyst can be poisoned by S0.After TiO2 catalyst was regenerated by light in the presence of air,S0 was converted to SO42-,the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was recovered.The presence of surface SO42- can stabilize the photocatalytic activity of TiO2.
