摘要: 卤化银乳剂微晶体的光电子行为是影响照相感光度的重要因素,本文就光电子研究方法、光电子衰减、电子陷阱、本征与外来带电中心对光电子衰减与寿命的影响以及光电子行为与其它物理性质的关系等方面加以综述.

Abstract: Photoelectron behavior of silver halide emulsion grains is an important factor influencing photosensitivity. In the present paper, research methods, photoelectron creation and decay, photoelectron traps, the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic traps for electrons on their lifetimes and decay processes, and the relationship of photoelectron behavior with other physical properties were reviewed.
