含碘二氧化硅纳米颗粒对BODIPY染料光动力效果的影响

摘要: 利用含碘硅烷前体制备包裹BODIPY染料分子的纳米二氧化硅颗粒.颗粒中的碘原子通过重原子效应有效提高了BODIPY染料分子的系间窜越效率,进而提高了染料分子的单重态氧量子产率及光损伤DNA的能力.这一结果表明,含碘二氧化硅纳米颗粒可以成为众多荧光染料分子在光动力疗法领域应用的一个有效药物负载和输送体系.

Abstract: Iodine-containing SiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by using 3-iodopropyl-trimethoxysilane as precursor,in which a BODIPY fluorescence dye was encapsulated.The presence of iodine atoms renders the BODIPY dye higher intersystem crossing efficiency by way of heavy-atom effect,thus higher singlet oxygen efficiency and stronger DNA photocleavage capability,fully demonstrating the promising potential of iodine-containing SiO2 nanoparticles as the effective nanocarrier for the photodynamic application of highly fluorescent dye molecules.
