水相氟离子“turn-on”型荧光传感器

A Rapid Aqueous Fluoride Anion Sensor with Turn-on Fluorescence Mode

摘要:

设计合成了香豆素衍生物7-(二叔丁基(对硝基苯醚)硅醚)-4-甲基-香豆素(DTBPC),研究了DTBPC在水中对氟离子的响应.在表面活性剂十六烷基溴化铵的存在下,氟离子断裂DTBPC分子中的Si—O键释放出香豆素阴离子,从而"turn-on"体系的荧光,响应时间为3 min,检测限为60 ppb,表明DTBPC可以在水相中高灵敏、快速、专一性地识别氟离子,有望应用于氟离子荧光传感器.

Abstract:

A coumarin derivative, 7-(di-tert-butyl(p-nitrophenoxy)silyloxy)-4-methyl-coumarin (DTBPC), was design and synthesized. The fluorescence of DTBPC response to fluoride anion in aqueous medium was investigated. The fluoride anion can "turn-on" the fluorescence of the sensor system based on the specific affinity between fluoride ions and silicon. in the prescence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The sening process is rapid and takes only 3 minutes, and offers excellent differentiation from other common anions. The detection limit of the DTBPC aqueous dispersion system for fluoride anion is 60 ppb. The results denmonstrates that DTBPC can be used to detect aqueous fluoride anion rapidly, sensitively, and highly selectively in aqueous medium.
