Abstract: By observing the difference of S/D ratio of umbilical artery blood flow, serum insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) and bile acid (TBA) levels between neonates with asphyxia and normal neonates, the diagnostic value of S/D ratio of umbilical artery blood flow combined with serum IGF-1 and TBA in neonatal asphyxia was discussed. The results showed that the S/D ratio of pulse blood flow, serum IGF-1 and TBA were significantly different between neonatal asphyxia and normal 80 neonates, children with different degrees of asphyxia and neonatal ischemic-hypoxic encephalopathy (HIE). The results of multiple linear regression showed that umbilical artery blood flow S/D ratio, serum TBA, IGF-1 were closely related to the Apgar score of neonatal asphyxia evaluation index. The analysis of the receiver operating characteristic curve of the subjects showed that the S/D ratio of umbilical artery blood flow, serum IGF-1 and TBA had high application value in the diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia, and the combined detection of the above indicators had higher diagnostic value.
