Abstract: 114 patients with arthritis were selected as research objects to explore the diagnostic value of X-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasound in gouty arthritis.50 patients with clinical pathology diagnosis were gouty arthritis, 64 cases were other arthritis. X-ray diagnostic equipment and ultrasonic diagnostic equipment were used to detect the patients. The results showed that 43 cases of gouty arthritis and 71 cases of other arthritis were detected by X-ray, which had a high consistency with the clinicopathological diagnosis (Kappa=0.765, P<0.05); 48 cases of gouty arthritis were detected by musculoskeletal ultrasound, and 66 cases were other arthritis, which was in good agreement with the clinicopathological diagnosis (Kappa=0.821, P<0.05). The sensitivity of X-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasound was 80.0% and 88.0%, and the specificity of X-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasound was 95.3% and 93.8%,respectively. The positive rates of X-ray and musculoskeletal ultrasound examination were 55.56% and 919 84.72% respectively (P<0.05). Compared with X-ray, the detection rate of musculoskeletal ultrasound is higher and the ability to detect gouty arthritis lesions is better.
