Abstract: In this research, 80 cases of infantile intussusception were examined by high frequency and low frequency ultrasound. The diagnostic efficiency of low frequency combined with high frequency ultrasound for intussusception in children was analyzed by comparing with enema reduction or operation. The results showed that the detection rate of high-frequency combined with low-frequency ultrasound for typical ultrasonic signs of intussusception such as mixed mass, concentric circle sign, sleeve sign and intestinal wall edema was significantly higher than that of low-frequency ultrasound (P<0.05). The detection rate for intussusception in different parts by low frequency combined with high frequency ultrasound was higher than that by low frequency ultrasound (P<0.05). The coincidence rate of high frequency combined with low frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of intussusception in children was 100.00%, which was higher than 90.00% of low frequency ultrasound (P<0.05). In a word, low frequency combined with high frequency ultrasound can provide diagnostic basis for typical ultrasonic signs and the location of the onset of intussusception in children, which has good diagnostic efficiency and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
