Abstract: The differential value of ultrasound breast imaging reporting and data system (BI-RADS) combined with computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis of ≤ 2 cm benign and malignant breast lesions was studied. 184 patients with ≤ 2 cm breast lesions were selected as the subjects, and all patients were given ultrasound and CT examination. The pathological results as control, the differential value of ultrasound BI-RADS, CT and their combination in the diagnosis of ≤ 2 cm benign and malignant breast lesions was analyzed. The results of the pathological examination showed that there were 58 cases (31.52%) of breast cancer and 126 cases of benign breast lesions (68.48%). The detection rate of ultrasound was lower than that of CT, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the ultrasound BI-RADS combined with CT in the diagnosis of ≤ 2 cm benign and malignant breast lesions was 96.55%, 95.24%, 95.65%, it was significantly higher than the single of ultrasound BI-RADS or CT (P<0.05). This study confirms that ultrasound BI-RADS and CT have good differential value for ≤ 2 cm benign and malignant breast lesions, and the combination of them is more valuable.
