Abstract: In this research, we explored the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding of childbearing age women in Qinghai area. We collected 74 patients with gynecological abnormal uterine bleeding in Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital as the research objects. The abnormal uterine bleeding was diagnosed by pathology, transvaginal Doppler ultrasound and hysteroscopy. Compared with pathological diagnosis, transvaginal Doppler ultrasound and hysteroscopy had certain diagnostic value for abnormal uterine bleeding, and the combined diagnostic accuracy of them increased (P<0.05). In the abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps, the positive diagnosis rate of hysteroscopy and combined examination was higher than that of transvaginal Doppler ultrasound (P<0.05). As a result, hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal Doppler ultrasound examination has a high diagnostic value for abnormal uterine bleeding of childbearing age women in Qinghai, especially showed advantages in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps, which has certain clinical reference value.
