Abstract: A total of 123 patients with epilepsy were selected as the research group, and 69 healthy physical examination subjects were selected as the control group during the same period, the value of two methods in diagnosis and differentiation of epilepsy was studied. All were performed with three-dimensional arterial spin labeling technique (3D-ASL) perfusion imaging and resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-FMRI) examination. It was found that the full-onset cerebral blood flow (CBF) and low-frequency amplitude (ALFF) of the research group < partial seizure < control group, the levels of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), and cognitive function (MMSE) scores < partial seizure < control group, serum neuropeptide Y (NPY) > partial seizure > control group (P<0.05); and CBF and ALFF in patients with epilepsy were positively correlated with BDNF, IGF-1, MMSE, and negatively correlated with NPY. The combination of CBF and ALFF had high application value in diagnosing seizures and identifying different types of seizures. It can be seen that 3D-ASL perfusion imaging and rs-FMRI have high application value in the diagnosis and identification of seizure types.
