Abstract: This paper investigated the influence of PDCA management on the image quality of contrast enhancement spectral mammography (CESM). The quality control group of the radiology department of our hospital analyzed the current situation of CESM examination and the related influence factors by using the PDCA circulation management mode. The solution program was implemented and examined according to the specific causes of image quality problems. After comparison of the image quality before and after PDCA management, the reasons for the defect were found to improve the technical level of the operating technician and to improve the merit factor of image quality. There was significant difference in the merit factor of CESM image quality before and after PDCA management (P<0.05). The implementation of PDCA management significantly improves the merit factor of CESM, and it can provide a more accurate and reliable imaging basis for clinical practice.
