Abstract: This study compared the diagnostic efficiency analysis of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and hysteroscopy in the screening of endometrial lesions. Selected 79 patients with endometrial lesions, through pathologically confirmation, threr were 60 patients with benign endometrial lesions and 19 patients with malignant endometrial lesions. The diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound and hysteroscopy were analyzed. The results showed the age of patients with malignant lesions was significantly higher than that with benign lesions (P<0.05). The proportion of homogeneous internal echo and clear boundary between myometrium and endometrium in benign lesions were significantly higher than that in malignant lesions (P<0.05), while the thickness of endometrium was significantly lower than that in malignant lesions (P<0.05). The ROC curves of internal echo, boundary between muscular layer and intima, and endometrial thickness in the diagnosis of malignant lesions were 0.811, 0.692 and 0.813, respectively (P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of malignant lesions were significantly higher than those of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound (P<0.05). Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound can provide quantitative parameters in the differential diagnosis of endometrial lesions, while hysteroscopy has high diagnostic efficiency in the differential diagnosis of endometrial lesions.
