Abstract: CdSe thin film electrodes were modified by L-B films of electroactive molecu.les-ferrocenyl-n-octadecanoale.PEC studies of the modified thin film electrodeswere performed by cyclic voltammetry under irradiation of 650 nm monochromatic light. The results showed that the I-V behaviours and photostabilities were both improved obviously for multilayer L-B films modified electrodes. The increases of the rate of photoinduced charge transfer mediated by ferrocenyl-n-octadecanoale L-B films at CdSe/Fe(CN)64+ solution interface were discussed in terms of schematic energetics.
