Abstract: Two types of vanadyl phthalocyanine(VOPc),sample A and sample B,as near-in-frared(NIR)sensitive carrier generation material(CGM)were prepared and used to coat a function-separated photoreceptor with butadiene derivative which was used for carrier transport material(CTM).The electrophotographic properties of the photoreceptors were measured at 780 nm;and the differences of X-ray powder diffraction,SEM and absorptionspectra were observed betweeen sample A and sample B. In paticularly, effects of particlesize on the photoconductivity were investigated.
