Abstract: One-dimensional organic semiconductor ZnTPP nanostructures were successfully synthesized on the substrates by physical vapor deposition method. The morphologies and structures of the samples were analyzed by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),infrared spectrum(IR),powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and so on.The effect of deposition position and source temperature were investigated in detail on the formation process of ZnTPP nanomaterials. The result indicates that ZnTPP nanomaterials and starting powders are two different types of polymorphism and exhibit different fluorescence emission activity. And the formation of ZnTPP nanorods may mainly attribute to the self-assembly in the gas phase on the base of VS mechanism.
