Abstract: The application value of two-dimensional ultrasound (2DUS) combined with time-intensity curve (TIC) parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast intraductal lesions were analyzed in this study. There were 81 patients with breast intraductal lesions (93 focus) who were examined by 2DUS and CEUS. The results showed that 48 benign lesions and 17 malignant lesions were detected by 2DUS. The diagnostic accuracy was 69.89% (65/93), sensitivity was 53.13% (17/32), specificity was 78.69% (48/61), positive predictive value was 56.67% (17/30), negative predictive value was 76.19% (48/63). The peak time of CEUS-TIC parameters of malignant lesions was earlier than that of benign lesions, and the peak intensity, slope of ascending branch and area under curve were higher than those of benign lesions (P<0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC, sensitivity and specificity of 2DUS combined with CEUS-TIC parameters in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast intraductal lesions were higher than those of single examination (P<0.05). It can be concluded that for breast intraductal lesions, 2DUS combined with CEUS can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency on benign and malignant tumor.
