Abstract: A series of high chloride cubic emulsions and a high chloride (100) tabular emusion were prepared and the high chloride cubic grains were doped with different dopants,iodide,(NH4)2IrCl6 and K4Fe(CN)6,respectively.The photographic properties of these emulsions under normal exposure and high intensity exposure indicated that the photographic properties under high intensity exposure could be improved to varying contents by doping with iodide,or iridium coordination complex,or a shallow electron trapping dopant. The combination of the above methods worked more effectively.
