超声检查在孕妇产前诊断中的应用价值

摘要: 选择2460例孕妇为研究对象,探讨超声检查在孕妇产前诊断中的应用价值。孕妇20~28孕周时利用超声心电图对胎儿的先天性心脏病进行诊断,11~32孕周时利用超声对畸形胎儿进行检查,18~23孕周时对超声提示结构畸形的孕妇进行染色体侵入检查。结果发现,最终诊断出110例先天性心脏病胎儿,超声心电图检查共检出102例,诊断准确率为92.73%。最终诊断出畸形胎儿131例,产前超声诊断出118例,诊断准确率90.08%。染色体侵入检查共检测出12例染色体异常,染色体异常可能是造成胎儿畸形的一种因素。因此,产前超声是诊断先天性心脏病、胎儿畸形的有效手段,可以为减少出生缺陷发挥重要作用。

Abstract: In this paper, 2460 pregnant women were selected as research objects, and the application value of ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of pregnant women was discussed. At 20-28 gestational weeks, the fetal congenital heart disease was diagnosed by ultrasonic electrocardiogram, the abnormal fetus was examined by ultrasound at 11-32 gestational weeks, and the chromosomal invasion was performed at 18-23 gestational weeks. The results showed that the final diagnosis of 110 cases of congenital heart disease fetus, ultrasonic ECG detection of a total of 102 cases, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 92.73%. Finally, 131 cases of abnormal fetus were diagnosed, 118 cases were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound, and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 90.08%. Chromosomal abnormalities were detected in 12 cases by chromosome invasion examination, which may be one of the factors causing fetal malformation. Therefore, prenatal ultrasound is an effective means to diagnose congenital heart disease and fetal malformation, which can play an important role in reducing birth defects.
